The 1960 Vespa 400 Microcar that we put a '99 1200cc Harley Davidson Sportster engine into is out and running under it's own power.

Wiring is complete. Interior is 2/3rds done. We still need to mount the doors, make door panels, and a few odds and ends but....it runs and moves!!

The power goes from the engine through jackshafts and gears to a Mitsubishi Eclipse rear for power.

Harley Sportster with Arctic Cat 500cc twin cyclinder engine

Just videos of initial start up with this newer Sportster that I mounted a 500cc Arcti Cat Engine in. This is a salvage Sporty I bought without a motor. It was such a pain in the ass to get new cases I decided to morph it into a automatic moped on steroids with a 500cc Artic Cat air cooled snowmobile motor. It is oil injected and I was able to use the stock sporty oil tank as the two stroke oil reservoir. Nothing is hacked on the frame. I made a stand alone engine cradle off the existing rubber motor mounts so a guy could covert it back to a Sporty engine in a few hours with no issues. I am anxious to see how it runs.

Monsterkart - 230 HP with NOS

News from the monsterkart! we have added a few new specials to the kart such as a nitrous oxide system wich gives us at this moment 60 hp extra. sadly we didn´t have much time for the tests at the airfield in königsdorf and of course the track is not designed for something like this test. the track is too bumpy and too short for a N2O powered kart with 230 hp. we hope to work together again with the guys from the tv motor show. a test track like the closed highway would be perfekt for the new stage of expansion of our kart. for the future it is planed to change the inejctors in bigger ones for even more N2O power. so we will see....
